Bishop Dr. Julien O. Gbakara is a full-time minister of the Gospel and the Deputy General Overseer of God's Will Mission Inc. She serves with a pastoral heart shaped by prayer, the Word of God, discipleship and a sincere desire to see lives restored and established in Christ.
She is an Apostle of God's Word, an international preacher, intercessor and teacher. Her ministry communicates biblical truth with spiritual authority while remaining deeply attentive to the practical needs of individuals, homes and families.
Her pastoral work includes prayer, counselling, deliverance, family-life ministry and the strengthening of believers through disciplined Christian formation. She is recognised for combining spiritual sensitivity with courage, compassion and mature leadership.
Beyond the pulpit, Bishop Dr. Julien O. Gbakara serves as an administrator and Christian education leader. Her work reflects an ability to organise people, steward institutions and create environments where faith, character and purposeful service can grow.
She has served the wider body of Christ in leadership, including service as a former Vice Chairperson within the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria in Delta State. She also serves as Matron of the Urhobo Christian Ministers Association International, supporting ministerial unity, welfare and responsible Christian leadership.
Bishop Dr. Julien O. Gbakara is married to Archbishop Prof. Solomon Oghenesuvwetoba Gbakara, General Overseer of God's Will Mission Inc. Together they serve in the Lord's vineyard, and their union is blessed with God-fearing children.
